Wonderful
The location is very wonderful, the rooms are exceptionally clean. There is a 7-11 adjacent to the hotel which is nice. The Public Bath is also a great facility every time.
The separate charge per person is crazy. It's one room, my spouse doesn't need to pay an extra Y5,000 for sleeping in the same bed one night, and if the whole fee is only for breakfast than that breakfast is absolutely not worth that fee. The mattress and pillows are also not very comfortable, even in their "Comfort Rooms" on the top floor.

Very Good
Convenient location, great breakfast buffet and bathroom facilities.
Bed was quite hard and we didn’t love the pillows but that’s just personal preference.
